Terms of use

These Terms govern access to the Framework Design website at framework-design.digital and enrolment in our technical analysis courses, workshops, and mentoring. By using the site or paying a course deposit you agree to these Terms. The site operator is Framework Design.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit enrolment enquiries. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services described

Framework Design provides educational courses and mentoring in technical analysis and chart reading. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an offer of managed discretionary account services. Market examples used in class are for illustration.

Enrolment and accounts

Course places are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you pay any required deposit or invoice. You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping login details to any cohort discussion board confidential.

Intellectual property

Course workbooks, slide decks, annotated chart packs, and website content remain the intellectual property of Framework Design or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study during and after your enrolment. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, harvest contact details, or submit abusive content through forms. We may refuse or cancel enrolments where conduct harms other participants or instructors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Framework Design is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after attending a course. Our total liability arising from a paid course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-party tools

Charting platforms, brokers, and third-party websites referenced in class are independent. We do not control their terms, fees, or availability.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Courts of Tasmania and, where applicable, Australian federal courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
