Course
Technical Analysis Foundations
A six-week cohort that builds candlestick literacy, trend structure, and risk framing using ASX and index charts drawn in class.
Who it is for
Adults who trade or invest personally and want a repeatable way to mark support, resistance, and trend without relying on tip sheets. Suitable for beginners who can already open a price chart.
What you leave with
You leave able to sketch market structure on a blank chart, name the invalidation for a setup in plain language, and keep a simple session journal that matches how we work in class.
Scope
- Six live evening sessions (studio seat or remote video)
- Printed and digital workbook with ASX case charts
- Weekly homework charts reviewed in the following class
- Access to the cohort discussion board for the intake window
- Certificate of completion for attendance and submitted charts
Not included
- Broker recommendations or personal financial advice
- Automated signal alerts or trade copying
- One-to-one mentoring hours (available separately)
How the course runs
-
1
Orientation and chart hygiene
We set timeframe habits, candle anatomy, and how volume confirms or questions a move on Australian equities.
-
2
Structure before indicators
Swing highs and lows, trendlines that survive noise, and zones drawn from reaction rather than round numbers alone.
-
3
Pattern vocabulary with evidence
Flags, failed breakouts, and range behaviour taught against charts that did not resolve cleanly.
-
4
Risk framing and journaling
Position sizing language, stop placement tied to structure, and a short review ritual after each session.
Tell us which intake interests you and whether you need a studio or remote seat. We confirm availability within two business days.
